Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, and a short description of what happened. Never send your Apple password, verification code or payment-card details. Please avoid including personal information about a child.
Private feedback
In the forthcoming update, open Feedback, complete the grown-up gate, and write your message. Send email opens your mail app addressed to lance@extropolis.ai; finish sending there. Feedback is private and is not posted to the gallery or sent to AI. The former public chat rooms are closed. If you do not have a mail app configured, copy the address and send from your usual email service.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes purchases. In the forthcoming 4.0 update, open the grown-ups area, complete the multiplication question, and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. You can also restore from the membership offer.
Manage subscriptions in your device's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For a refund request, use Apple's purchase support.
Artwork and community concerns
To report a post, email a post link or describe the artwork, displayed name and approximate date so we can find it. Please do not send unnecessary copies of harmful or personal material. The updated gallery service supports reporting and blocking. The forthcoming 4.0 app update provides those controls in the app; older app versions may not include them.
Your local sketchbook is stored on your device. Export pictures or videos you want to keep before deleting the app. Deleting the app does not remove artwork you previously shared publicly or saved to Photos.
Privacy requests
You can use the same email address to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission, or ask about data handling. We may need limited information to identify the relevant post or record.
